Returns and exchanges

Customers can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product. Refunds will be made in the same way you paid.

Return/Exchange Conditions

Returns/exchanges must be made to the same service as the original delivery.

We can only accept returns/exchanges from the country where the order was originally shipped, for example, orders shipped to the United States must be returned from the United States

Of course, any defective items can be returned.

We reserve the right not to accept any returns/exchanges if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or has been altered from its original condition.

How do I return an item or entire order?

Step 1: Please contact our customer service team to begin the return process and provide the following information:

order number

Proof of purchase

Video or photo of the faulty product

Step 2: Place the receipt back into the original packaging along with the item.

 

Step 3: Complete all three copies of the Return Estimated Invoice form. Place all copies in a clear envelope and tape it to the package without closing it. These documents are required by customs, so be sure to fill out all 3.

 

Step 4: Give the package to the courier. After the courier checks the returned goods, please close the package tightly.

Refund

In the event of a return, your refund will be credited to the original method of payment. In the event of a return, Cartier will not refund shipping costs.

 

Once your package arrives, please allow 7-14 business days (depending on peak times) for us to process your return. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be returned to you at your expense. When your return is accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
